Carved out of the picturesque Niagara Escarpment, and nestled between Rattlesnake Point and Mount Nemo, Crosswinds
Golf and Country Club provides some of the most beautiful views of natural landscape in the area.
With two huge rock faces located to the north and south and rolling scenic farmland to the east and west, Crosswinds
Golf and Country Club will make every golfer wish they brought their camera.
Opened in 2001, Crosswinds is well on its way to becoming one of the
best public golf courses in the province.
The
significance of the Crosswinds name is both self-evident and
mysterious. The mystery lies in the story told by locals that there is
one spot on the course where the wind will blow in all four compass
point directions at once. But don't let a breeze or two discourage you,
Crosswinds provides a pleasant test of golf emcompassing both ball
control and shot-making.

LochNess Links is a testament to links golf as it was meant to be
Designed by Graham Cook and Associates to model the Scottish Highlands, LochNess Links (formerly Hunters Pointe) opened in 2000 and signaled a new direction of golf in Niagara. The 18-hole, semi-private par-72 golf course runs 7,016 yards from the back tees. Offering a testing mix of par 3s, 4s and 5s that will give you a taste of what it is like to tee off where golf was born.
The green fees are affordable at $55 per round and the view is spectacular, with a number of holes running along the Wetland Canal. The atmosphere is inviting with both public and member leagues running throughout the season and a calendar of events loaded with entertainment for golfers and non-golfers alike.
The course design is Scottish Style Links golf that plays hard and fast like the British Open with waving fescue, lightning greens, perfectly - manicured fairways and strategically - placed pot bunkers.
