Crosswinds Golf & Country ClubCarved out of the picturesque Niagara Escarpment, and nestled between Rattlesnake Point and Mount Nemo, Crosswinds Golf and Country Club provides some of the most beautiful views of natural landscape in the area.

With two huge rock faces located to the north and south and rolling scenic farmland to the east and west, Crosswinds Golf and Country Club will make every golfer wish they brought their camera. Opened in 2001, Crosswinds is well on its way to becoming one of the best public golf courses in the province.

The significance of the Crosswinds name is both self-evident and mysterious. The mystery lies in the story told by locals that there is one spot on the course where the wind will blow in all four compass point directions at once. But don't let a breeze or two discourage you, Crosswinds provides a pleasant test of golf emcompassing both ball control and shot-making.

Crosswinds Golf & Country ClubThe course is a 7,240-yard championship layout consisting of immaculate bent grass tees, fairways and greens. Strategically placed bunkers, and several water hazards make for a challenging round of golf as one makes their way around the naturalistic layout.

As much of the existing landscape hasbeen left untouched, the fairways are tree-lined and the greens are fast, undulating and true. Crosswinds offers four sets of tees to accommodate a scratch golfer to a high handcapped golfer. The signature hole is a hole #5, a spectacular 151 yard par-3 island green.

Crosswinds also offers a double-sided driving range with natural bent grass tee decks and practice putting greens.

Crosswinds' "state-of-the-art" clubhouse consists of The Grand Hall, Pebblestone Pub, meeting rooms, fully-stocked men's and ladies locker rooms, pro shop and the Halfway Cafe for those golfers looking for a quick bite.

The elegant Grand Hall, with 20 ft. high ceilings and large picture windows overlooking the 18th hole seats up to 200 guests for your golf tournament, wedding or special function.

Crosswinds Golf & Country Club
